our daughter and her random imagination...

Tessa has a wild imagination. I know this because several times a day she will blurt out a random statement or information that she wants you to know. 75% of the time it is in regards to something someone is doing. (Someone who is clearly not in the room).

Several months ago Tessa woke up in the middle of the night and told us that Greta was crying...when we checked with Crystal the next day Greta did in fact have a rough night and had been crying. (weird cousin connection...not sure yet).

Then again a few weeks ago Tessa matter-a-factly informed me that Tosh was at the park. (she told me this while she was eating her dinner.) I confirmed with Crystal that Tosh was not at the park, but that if he was he needed to hurry home and help pack.

A few nights ago Tessa said Greta was in time out for hitting Crystal...Tosh was also in timeout for some other reason...Travis, of course, had to call to verify. Neither were in timeout. But Tessa told Crystal sorry!

She continues to have conversations with her animals, sings songs, and talks constantly about her friends at school (99% of the time it ends with "Noah did it." Not quite sure what he has done, but apparently it has stuck with her).

I hope that she never loses her active imagination and her creativitiy.
